  • With the arrival of the telephone cam the first telephone directory in 1880. At the time, there were only 200 names.

    The name “Yellow Pages” used in many countries, is said to come from a printer in Wyoming who ran out of white paper in 1883 when printing a directory, used yellow paper for the first time.
